There will never be any pressure to buy, however, we also don’t want you to miss out on the perfect opportunity when it comes up. To that end, we will email you links to each new listings that meet your criteria as soon as it hits the market.

Viewing the property on your behalf. When you do spot that gem, we will book a tour of the property and will walk through it with you in a live chat so you can get a good idea of the flow. We will also take a video of the property, focusing on anything that might be a concern that may be missing from the images you will have seen online. We don’t want you to have any surprises when you finally see the property in person. A recorded video is often more clear than a live video. It also allows you to view it again and again, pausing to focus in on the details that matter to you.
