Connecting you with local service providers, such as lawyers, brokers, inspectors, insurance providers, and any tradespeople you may need along the way.

Providing all pertinent information as required to your chosen mortgage broker and insurance provider.

Meeting with inspectors in person, to ensure we fully understand of any items that may have come to light during the inspection process. The inspector will provide you with an extensive report on the property. We will review this report with you and address any concerns you may have with the seller’s agent. This can result in the seller making certain repairs before you take possession of the property or, in some cases, this may reopen the negotiation process.
